Motivácia zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa skladá z dvoch častí, z teoretickej a z praktickej. V prvej časti je venovaná pozornosť teoretickým východiskám problematiky motivácie. Sú tu vymedzené ako základné pojmy súvisiace s touto problematikou, tak aj motivačné teórie a otázka relácie peňazí a motivácie. V úvode druhej časti je ponechaný priestor pre základné informácie o výrobnom závode POHYB Sever, a.s. Hneď za tým sú popísané motivačné nástroje, ktoré POHYB Sever, a.s. využíva a analýza súčasného stavu motivácie zamestnancov tohto závodu s využitím dotazníkového šetrenia. V závere praktickej časti je zhrnutie motivačného systému organizácie a na základe výsledkov šetrenia sú navrhnuté opatrenia na zmeny, ktoré by mali pomôcť odstrániť zistené nedostatky.

The bachelor´s work is composed by two parts; a theoretical part and a practical part. In the first part, this is dedicated to theoretical foundations of motivation issues. These are defined by basic concepts which are connected with this issue, also motivation theories and a question. The question being, which solves the problem of the relation between money and motivation? The beginning of the second part is space for basic information about the manufacturing facility POHYB Sever (JSC), then a description of motivation instruments which are also used by POHYB Sever (JSC) along with an analysis of the present situation of employee motivation in that facility. The analysis uses a questionnaire survey, as well as a conclusion of the practical part and a summary of the motivation system. On the basis of the survey results will show you suggested arrangements and these arrangements contain changes which could be helpful by disposing of the ascertained shortcomings.
