Modelová studie fauny a vybraných abiotických faktorů hospodářského lesa (Hrabětický les)

Abstract

Aims of this work include an assessment of the composition snail communities in the selected area, a description of the main direction of the indirect characteristics using the statistical program R and assessment of variability due to the character of forestry. The research was conducted in Hrabětický forest. This forest is located in the central part of the Moravian Gate. Forest has character Tilia-Carpinetum according to potential natural vegetation map. The 32 sampling areas were chosen by random selection in this location. Environmental factors (soil pH leachate leaf litter, soil moisture, light intensity, the content of Ca, etc.) were measured and malacofauna samples were taken. According term focus is Hrabětický forest classified as production forests. For this reason, almost molluscs dont occur on sampling areas overgrown with spruce. The sample areas with species of the native forest cover was found richer the species representation.
