Abstract
The thesis deals with a role of the Czech industrial health insurance company in and within the Czech Republic health care system. It presents its history of health insurance followed by characteristics of health insurance systems legislative changes in the year 2012.
The analysis of management and quantitative research are a part of the thesis as well, this has been done with a series of questionnaires, focusing on the improvement of clients' satisfactions, ensued with analysis and concepts for solution.
