Abstract

This thesis deals with the extinguishing capability of the water stream at different pressures to streamline. Introduction work is devoted to the description of extinguishing capacity of water, the positive and negative characteristics. Possibility of measuring the size of water droplets, which to a large extent related to fire-fighting capabilities. Once the work has been devoted to the practical measurements on the basis of which was determined by the functional dependence of extinguishing capabilities of water flow pressure. The conclusion is an evaluation of the measurement, description of positives and negatives incurred when measuring a proposed procedure.
