Analýza mzdové politiky ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze wage policy, wage development and accounting and tax aspects. The thesis analyzes the business corporation as a whole from the point of view of reporting, directives and legislation, together with the analysis inside the business corporation through employee interviews and their feedback. This feedback in the form of answers was able to determine employee satisfaction, evaluate and recommend segments to the business corporation that could be improved. The methods of comparison, analysis, synthesis, description and observation were used in the preparation of this thesis. This diploma thesis is based on the legal status as of 12/31/2023.
