Analýza dodavatelů pro výrobce domácích spotřebičů

Abstract

In my thesis I focused on the analysis of suppliers for household appliances manufacturer. This was due to the fact that the quality of suppliers greatly influences the company's ability to succeed in current highly competitive market. Based on the gained information I analyzed the current procurement process and also the selected strategic suppliers of the company. I subsequently evaluated these analyses. Proposals and recommendations are based on the results of the analyses. My suggestions and recommendations would help the company to streamline its current purchasing processes and to increase its competitiveness and for further improvements.
