Možnost využití přístupu KAIZEN v podnikové praxi

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on description of KAIZEN approach from the basis and tries to describe differences between traditional conception of improvement and KAIZEN approach. There is also look back into recent history of 20-th century, where some ideas are mentioned similar to KAIZEN philosophy. The practical part of bachelor thesis describes a present status of KAIZEN approach implementation in selected organization, where I am working. It involves suggestions of improvement actions, which can move the actually established system to higher standard in spirit of KAIZEN approach.
