Optimalizace systému výběru dodavatelů ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je optimalizace systému výběru dodavatelů v prostředí elektroinstalační firmy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány pojmy z logistiky, jako jsou nákup, nákupní proces či typy nákupních situací. Druhá část se zabývá výběrem dodavatele, včetně kroků a kritérií výběru dodavatele, hodnocením výkonnosti dodavatele a rovněž jsou zde uvedeny metody výběru a hodnocení dodavatele. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného systému výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů ve vybraném podniku. V závěrečné části je na praktickém příkladu ukázán nově navržený systém výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the optimization of the system of selection of suppliers in the environment of the electrical installation company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are first described in terms of the logistics, such as the purchase, the purchase process or the types of shopping situations. The second part deals with the selection of the supplier, including the steps and criteria of supplier selection, evaluation of the performance of the supplier and there are also methods of selection and evaluation suppliers. In the practical part is an analysis of the current system of selection and evaluation of suppliers in the selected enterprise. In the final part is in the practical example shown the newly designed system of selection and evaluation of suppliers.
