Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je agenturní zaměstnávání jako forma zprostředkování zaměstnání v právní úpravě. Popisuje zde způsob vzniku agentur práce jejich fungování, délku trvání a zánik povolení ke zprostředkování a pracovněprávní podmínky. Řekne, jaké problémy mohou nastat v praxi mezi agenturou práce a uživatelem. Představí agenturu práce Personal fabric a její působení na současném trhu. Cílem práce je srovnání zjištěných informací s informacemi teoretickými.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the employment through the employment agency as one of the forms of employment mediation and its legal regulation. It describes the way of such agencies foundation, their functioning, duration and termination of the license and employment conditions. The thesis also describes the problems that may occur in practice between the agency and the job applicant. In the thesis, the employment agency Personal fabric is introduced as well as its effects on the current market. The aim of the thesis is to compare identified information with theoretical one.
