Abstract

The thesis „Customers’Retail Network Utilization in the Bohumín City“ is to provide a comprehensive view of the current retail supply and demand of the Bohumín city. The theoretical part includes a specification of the retail concept, characteristics of the city and definition of marketing research. The practical part of this thesis analyzes the retail demand and supply of the Bohumín city. The thesis also includes a marketing research, which providing information on the respondents view of the Bohumín retail offer. The last part is to evaluate the overall position of the retail offer with regard to the current demand and recommendations for improvement of the retail network in the Bohumín city.
