Stanovení hodnoty vybraného podniku

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci na téma Stanovení hodnoty vybraného podniku jsem stanovil hodnotu podniku T-print, s.r.o., rozebral jeho finanční situaci, zhodnotil finanční kondici a analyzoval okolí podniku. Na základě těchto analýz jsem poté sestavil návrhy a doporučení, které by mohla společnost využít v budoucnosti. Společnost T-print, s.r.o. vznikla před 20 lety se základním kapitálem 100 000,- Kč, odtržením od Třineckých železáren. V dnešní době zaujímá stabilní pozici na trhu. Společnost nabízí svým zákazníkům knihárenské práce, laminace, kroužkování, ofsetový tisk, digitální tisk a mnoho dalšího. Mezi svými dodavateli je známá především spolehlivostí. Diplomová práce je složena ze dvou částí. V první je čtenář seznámen se základy oceňování podniku, s doporučeným postupem při oceňování. Dále jsou podrobně rozebrány metody finanční a strategické analýzy. V druhé části jsou na společnost T-print, s.r.o. aplikována teoretické východiska dané problematiky. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v závěru uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést k rozvoji společnosti.

In my diploma thesis called the Determinating the Value of the Selected Company I set the value of the company T-print, s.r.o, I analyzed it´s financial position, evaluated the financial condition and analyzed surrounding of the company. On the Base of these analysis, I suggested proposals and recommendations, which could the company use in the future. T-print s.r.o. company was established 20 years ago with a 100 000, - CZK capital, by the separation of Třinecké železárny. Nowadays It occupies a stable position on the market. The company offers to its customers bookbinding work, lamination, ringing, offset printing, digital printing and much more. Among their suppliers this company is best known for its reliability. The Diploma thesis is composed of two parts. At the first part the reader is familiar with the basics of business valuation, the recommended procedure in the measurement. Further, the methods of financial and strategic analysis are analyzed. At the second part there are applied theoretical basis of the topic on the T-print, s.r.o. company. On the base of the analysis there are introduced proposals and recommendations in the conclusion of the diploma thesis, that could lead to the development of company.
