Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate the individual professional practice carried out in Elcom Inc. during a school year 09/10. Practice was done in the division of Virtual Instrumentation. The job description was to develop software for the simulation and real warming measurement on different types of inductive motors. This program was designed for simulation and monitoring of thermal processes with regard to the issue of warming and cooling, depending on the type of a system, load, power or loss power and other values that can not be ignored. The function of thermal protection was implemented to replace the actual hardware devices. Software was added to protect against changes in operating conditions, electrical machinery (phase and amplitude asymmetry, over voltage, low voltage).
