Analýza rizik a přínosů implementace modelů excelence

Abstract

This diploma thesis considers the analysis of risks and effects of the implementation of excellence models in the organizations functioning in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly focused on the description of the EFQM Excellence Model. The most important models from all over the world and foreign studies concerned with the problematic of risks and effects of the implementation of these models are also analyzed. The practical part is elaborated on the base of the questionnaire examination and is evaluating the risks and effects of the implementation of the models in the organizations that are using the models. Furthermore the thesis describes the disincentives that are restraining the organization that are not using the models from implementation of the models. The case study in the Kovokon Popovice ltd is also included in this part of the thesis.
