Abstract
Entrepreneurship in the 21st century is not easy. Good idea is still a basic, but companies have to add a suitably chosen marketing and thought strategic control of all organization. The aim of my thesis was to design this complex for the newly established company. The work is divided into five basic parts. Introduction and theoretical background, company formation, business plan and a conclusion.
In the introduction is describe the main objectives and the different parts of the thesis. In the theoretical part of the work I observe the principles of business in the 21st century, theory of the business plan, strategic analysis, development strategy and marketing strategy. I characterized the various modes of financing start-up capital and the employer obligations.
The third part gradually develops the necessary formal and informal steps for company formation. The next section proposes a specific business plan and strategy development. The business plan is supported by a financial plan and development strategy is proposed on the basis of external and internal strategic analysis. In conclusion, the synthesis and evaluation of the entire thesis.
