Abstract

This work is focused on the problems of Consumer Contracts and the withdrawal from these contractual obligations. The aim of this work is to point out the differences between the withdrawal from contracts in general way and from Consumer Contracts. Next is to find out what sort of knowledges of making a Consumer Contracts and withdrawal from them has got a Czech consumer. This has been discovered by an online questionnaire completed by random respondents. The resources used for making this work primarily constitute a specialized publications dealing with this topic.
