Abstract

ZEMANOVÁ, Anna: Apartment building with commercial spaces. The Diploma Thesis, Ostrava: VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, 2021. The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop project documentation for an apartment building with commercial spaces in the scope of documentation for the construction. The thesis is focused on management and use of rainwater retained in the storage. Excess rainwater will be drained into the storage tank and soaked into the soil. The rainwater should be used for flushing toilets, bidets, cleaning and watering. There is designed internal water supply cold, hot, circulating and utility water, internal sewerage and solar system fot hot water heating in the thesis. The thesis contains a text part, drawing part and attachements.
