Doplnění SPI u parcel nedostatečně indentifikovatelných vlastníků

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of finding insufficiently identified owners in the territorial jurisdiction of the Cadastral Office for the Ústí nad Labem Region, the Louny Cadastral Office. The theoretical part describes the real estate cadastre, history of land records, a set of descriptive information, registration of owners in various stages of development from the land cadastre to the present and explains the procedure for finding more detailed information and identifying owners until the stage of additional negotiation of inheritance or registration of the owner in the real estate cadastre.
