Návrh polyfunkčního domu v ulici Janáčková 10 v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I deal with a multifunctional new-building lay-out in a vacant place on Janáčkova 10 in Moravská Ostrava. The theoretical part describes one chosen variant and its architectonical, dispositional and technical design. The practical part comprises lay-outs for two variants to the extend of area management documentation, parking lots, mobiliary and other utilization. Both lay-outs are suitably incorporated into the local built-up area and they are in accordance with the regulations of Ostrava´s municipal plan respecting laws, public notices and standard specifications.
