Abstract
The thesis is focused on evaluating the existing system of employees selection in an organization and recommend suggestions for improving the system. The thesis consists of two parts, namely the theoretical part and the application part. The theoretical part of the methodology and methods of processing the thesis, the issue of human resources management, recruitment and employee selection. Practical part deals with description and evaluation of employee selection. For evaluate the existing system was used the information provided by the interview with a sample employees and by the questionnaires for employees. In conclusion, there are suggestions and recommendations for improving the quality of existing processes of employees selection.
