Abstract

Filip Čmiel, Ph.D. The basic topic of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction part of the project documentation for the construction of the construction plan " Educational institution for under age mothers and Kindergarden " prepared according to No. 405/2017 Coll. The design is based on a study prepared within the subject Project I. It is a brick non-basement building in the YTONG system, which is divided into two separate functional units in terms of use. Part of the kindergarten is designed as a ground floor building covered with a single-skin flat roof and part of the educational institution as a two-storey building with a countertop roof with a slope of 12 °. The diploma thesis also includes the processing of the thermal technical assessment of the building envelope structures, the energy label of the building envelope and the design, including a static assessment of one selected element - a reinforced concrete ceiling die. The aim of my diploma thesis is to process a comprehensive construction part of the project documentation for the construction in accordance with applicable laws, decrees and technical standards.
