The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the solution of heating a family house in Velká Polom using an air / water heat pump and a variant solution using a ground / water heat pump. The work is divided into two parts. The first, construction part contains the solution of project documentation for the implementation of the construction in the range of HVAC needs meeting all required standards and requirements. The second part, dealing with HVAC, deals with the heating of a family house, including hot water heating. The heating of a family house is designed using a combination of low-temperature floor heating on the 1st floor and radiators on the 2nd floor with an air / water heat pump as the main energy source for heating and hot water. Alternatively, a ground / water heat pump is designed. The work also includes thermal technical assessment of structures, calculation of heat losses of the building and making an energy label of the building envelope.
