Analýza pracovní neschopnosti ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of incapacity for work in a selected company. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Goal of the work is to define the concepts, tools and methods of incapacity for work. The theoretical part describes the characteristics, history and development of society to the present. The practical part is focused on the description of the company DDD and on calculations of average wage, work productivity, analysis of incapacity for work for the period 2015-2018. Proposals and measures are defined based on these indicators.
