Analýza trhu studentského bydlení

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the analysis of the student accommodation market. Theoretical terms and definitions, which are connected with the problematic of accommodation are mentioned in the opening of the thesis. In the following part is described the accommodation market and selected statistical characteristics of Moravian-Silesian Region. The research is being conducted for student residence VŠB-TU and private student residence Vista as well as for flats of sizes 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 in areas Poruba, Moravská Ostrava and Ostrava-Jih. Recommendations, which are based on the results of the research, are being suggested for students with different requirements and financial possibilities. Recommendations are suggested from three points of view, cost, value and optimal value.
