Abstract
In my thesis I was engaged in the development of state social support and benefits in the Czech Republic. The aim of my study was to evaluate how the amount and conditions for granting benefits of the SSP developed in the period 2006 – 2010. In the first part I mentioned provisions governing the SSP, the basic concepts and characteristics of all benefits which according to Law No. 117/1995 Coll. State social support are paid in the Czech Republic.In the next part I dealt with how each amendment was influenced by the conditions of entitlement and the amount of state social support. In the last part of my thesis, I described the evolution of the SSP in 2006 – 2010.
