Abstract
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the assessment of slope instability at the Bludovice cemetery in Havířov, which was triggered in September 2024 as a result of extreme rainfall combined with groundwater rise caused by flooding of the Lučina river. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the cause of the instability, assess the current state of the slope, and propose suitable remedial meeasures from four variants for its permanent stabilisation. The work utilises terrestrial 3D laser scanning together with geotechnical modelling in GEO5, providing specific recommendations for the permanent stabilisation of the area.
