Sociální podniky v oblasti znovuvyužití odpadu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma sociálních podniků v oblasti znovuvyužití odpadu, jejím základním cílem je na příkladu několika zvolených subjektů působících v oblasti sociálních podnikání se zaměřením na znovuvyužití odpadu ilustrovat význam sociálních podniků pro znovuvyužití odpadu ve společnosti, analyzovat praktické zkušeností spojené s provozem podniku, přínosy tohoto druhu podnikání i klíčové problémy a bariéry dalšího rozvoje sociálních podniků v oblasti znovuvyužití odpadu v ČR. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy a teoretická východiska problematiky. Praktická část práce má podobu celkem šesti ucelených případových studií zvolených subjektů působících v oblasti znovuvyužití odpadu. Pro získání dat byly provedeny rozhovory s vedením jednotlivých sociálních podniků. Součástí praktické části práce je také komparace přístupu zvolených subjektů k problematice a formulace návrhů a doporučení.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of social enterprises in the field of waste reuse. Its basic goal is to illustrate the importance of social enterprises for waste reuse in society using the example of several selected entities operating in the field of social entrepreneurship with a focus on waste reuse, to analyze practical experience associated with the operation of the enterprise, the benefits of this type of business, and key problems and barriers to the further development of social enterprises in the field of waste reuse in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of the issue. The practical part of the thesis takes the form of a total of six comprehensive case studies of selected entities operating in the field of waste reuse. Interviews were conducted with the management of individual social enterprises to obtain data. The practical part of the thesis also includes a comparison of the approach of the selected entities to the issue and the formulation of proposals and recommendations.
