Abstract

This thesis deals with substantive administrative law with special focus on selected laws, namely on Act on Misdemeanors, Building Act and Trade Licensing Act. The theme of this work is substantive administrative law, analysis of its importance, scope and, among other things, the key legal regulations. An analysis of administrative law in public administration is also part of this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is to point out the efficiency of administrative law and legal regulations in public administration. The following methods had been used: analysis, contrastive analysis and description. The thesis provides a comparison of given laws. Given laws had been evaluated based on this comparisonin terms of their efficiency and this evaluation subsequently revealedthat not all laws are properly efficient. As a result, it can be said that laws are essential even if some of them are not properly efficient.
