Modernizace a outsorcing dopravní a nakládací techniky v lomu VLČS a. s. Tmaň

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je řešen návrh na modernizaci dopravní a nakládací techniky ve Velkolomu Čertovy schody a.s..V první části se práce zabývá historií VLČS a.s. a začátky těžby v této lokalitě. Stávající technologie těžby a dopravy je popsána v kapitole č. 2. V kapitole č. 3 jsou řešeny návrhy na modernizaci lomové techniky a v dalších podkapitolách této části práce zabývá výpočty výkonnosti stávajícího strojního zařízení, porovnání výsledků výpočtů s těžební praxí a dále již jednotlivými návrhy na modernizaci. Vybranými návrhy se zabývá jak z hlediska charakteristiky, tak z hlediska jejich výhod a nevýhod. V závěru se práce zmiňuje o technicko – ekonomickém přínosu navržených variant.

In this Bachelor´s thesis I occupy myself with a modernisation suggestion of transport and loading mobile equipments in the Quarry Certovy schody, a.s (=VLCS). First part of this thesis deals with a history of the Quarry Certovy schody, a.s. and with the beginning of mining in this area. Present mining and transport technology is described in the Chapter No. 2. In the Chapter No. 3 there are solved suggestions for a modernisation of the quarry mobile equipments. Other sub-headings of this thesis concern calculation of productivity of existing engine machinery, comparison of calculation results with the mining experience and then particular suggestions for the modernisation. Chosen suggestions are solved from the point of characteristics view and from the point of their advantages and disadvantages view as well. In the conclusion thesis deals with the technical-economical benefits of the suggested variants.
