Abstract

The work is focused in the area of fuel cells. The first part of this thesis describes the historical development of fuel cells, the overall analysis and principle of operation of the fuel cell with the advantages and disadvantages, and specific examples for various applications. The second part of the thesis is focused on the possibility of using fuel cells to power wireless sensors in automation technology with the introduction of specific proposals wiring power sources for wireless sensors.
