Aplikace metody SMED na postupovém lise.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis covers continuous improvement process with focus on method SMED. There is theoretical part describing lean production in the first section of the thesis, then the process analysis and application of SMED follow. Target is to decrease machine changeover time of the disc line. Particular steps of changeover time are analyzed in the tables and action plans based on them are prepared. Goal of the project is to propose lean process of changes by effective application of continuous improvement tools. There are exactly described and standardized steps of change over process in the form of the technological specification that is the outcome of this bachelor thesis.
