Finanční analýza společnosti Jaroslav Prymus - MIX

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci velkoobchodní společnosti Jaroslav Prymus - MIX pomocí finanční analýzy za využití vybraných metod. Sledované období je mezi lety 2010 - 2015. Úvodní část práce je věnována charakteristice finanční analýzy, kde je popsáno komu slouží a jaké zdroje je možné použít pro vypracování. V následující části jsou popsány vybrané metody pro vypracování práce. Vybranými metodami jsou: horizontální a vertikální analýza, pyramidový rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu a poměrová analýza. Do poměrové analýzy jsou zahrnuty ukazatele stability a zadluženosti, aktivity, likvidity a rentability. Další část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku podniku a zhodnocení horizontální a vertikální analýzy aktiv a výkazu zisku a ztráty. V závěru práce obsahuje vypracování poměrové analýzy, rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu a porovnání výkonnosti společnosti v rámci CZ-NACE. Z vypracované finanční analýzy je navrženo doporučení jak vyřešit zjištěné problémy.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the wholesale company Jaroslav Prymus - MIX using financial analysis by utilisation of selected methods. The observed period is between 2010 and 2015. Within introductory part is included the characteristic of financial analysis, where it is described whome it serves and what resources can be used for elaboration. Following part describes selected theoretical methods of financial analysis, where selected methods are: horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and profit and lost statement, pyramidal breakdown of return on equity, and ratio analysis, which includes indicators of stability and indebtedness, activity, liquidity and profitability. The next part of the thesis includes the company characteristics and the assessment of the horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and the profit and loss statement. At the end of the thesis, the analysis includes the analysis of the ratio analysis, the decomposition of the return on equity and the comparison of the company's performance within CZ-NACE. From the financial analysis, recommendations were made to solve the problems identified.
