Abstract

KOLONIE BEDŘIŠKA - ROZVOJ BEZ VYSÍDLENÍ

Diplomová práce se zabývá udržitelným rozvojem Ostravské, původně dělnické kolonie Bedřiška bez vysídlení původních obyvatel. Práce má za cíl reagovat na současný fenomén sociální a etnické exkluze dělnických kolonií na Ostravsku a proces jejich postupného zániku.

Cílem práce je návrh zástavby pro stabilní a udržitelné sousedství nových a stávajících objektů; ten má zahrnovat inkluzi původních obyvatel s nově příchozími, sounáležitost původních objektů s novými objekty bytových a rodinných domů.

Konkrétním výsledkem diplomové práce je projekt nového komunitního centra a bytového domu s možností bydlení seniorů.

COLONY BEDŘIŠKA - DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT DISPOSAL

The diploma thesis deals with the sustainable development of the Ostrava, originally workers‘ colony Bedřiška without the displacement of the original inhabitants. The work aims to respond to the current phenomenon of social and ethnic exclusion of workers‘ colonies in the Ostrava region and the process of their gradual extinction.

The aim of the work is the design of buildings for a stable and sustainable neighborhood of new and existing buildings; this should include the inclusion of the original inhabitants with the newcomers, the affiliation of the original buildings with the new buildings of apartment and family houses.

The concrete result of the diploma thesis is the project of a new community center and apartment building with the possibility of living for seniors.
