Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of inventory control in V-KUTY MEISER limited company. The theoretical part is based on lessons learned from the literature made acquaintance with the general meaning and methods of inventory control. The practical part is introduced by the company, its product range and the issue of stocks. Is done an assessment of the current state of inventory control and analysis of inventory is performed by the ABC method. Based on its review of the current state of inventory control, the results of ABC analysis and on the basis of theoretical knowledge, is proposed the new system for inventory control, including assessment of its economic benefits.
