Abstract

Emission spectroscopy is one of the suitable methods for obtaining information about chemical and thermal structure of flame. This work is an overview of theoretic knowledge about emissive spectroscopy and describes sub-elements of arrangement for emission spectroscopic measurements. There are presented results of experimental task – measurement of emissive spectrum of cup burner with attempt to detect the emissive spectrums of CH* a C2 * (Swan band) radicals. In aspect to unsuccessful record of this spectrum, the phase sensitive set up was designed. The unsuccessful measurement is discussed in this work too.
