Abstract

Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a multifunctional building located in an infill site in the cadastral area of Vítkovice. The project is developed at the level of partial construction documentation for the execution phase in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation. The basis for this work was an architectural study developed within the course Studio Design II – summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024, followed by drawing documentation prepared in the course Studio Design V – winter semester of the academic year 2025/2026. The thesis is divided into a textual and a graphical part and also includes the design of a selected architectural detail, which falls within the chosen specialization – architecture.
