Zvyšování atraktivity bytového domu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on increasing attractiveness of the residential house. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and apractical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the lifespan and wear of the structures with their respective division. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the maintenance of the buildings and its distribution, and subsequently, the thesis deals with the planning of maintenance and also improving. In conclusion, the thesis is dedicated to the property of the residential houses and to the economic administration of the residential house. The practical part is applied on a residential building in Havířov, the proposal for extension of loggias is given and a summarizing calculation is drawn up. In conclusion of the practical part of thesis the financial coverage of the cost of construction of loggias is discussed.
