Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the design and calculation of the texture on the lens for the projector D544 and processing the analysis. At the first the most important requirements for the headlamps and used the light sources are summarized including their comparison. The structure of the headlamp whose projector´s is the topic of this thesis is described. The thesis explain the differences between optical systems used in headlamps and the principles of the optical simulations by software. Following part of the thesis is the characteristic of the projector D544. On the lens of this projector follows an analysis of the proposed texture. This lens was formed in forms which were produce by four types of milling and then subjected to analysis including photometrical measurements, simulations and visual evaluation by microscope. In the last chapter all these production methods are compared. From each measurement are shows photometrical maps, including photometrical points, photographs, and values of the gradients. According to theese data we were able to determine the ideal method of manufacturing a mold for the lens as required.
