Zhodnocení systému motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve velkoobchodní společnosti se železářstvím

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the system of motivation and remuneration of employees in a wholesale company with a hardware store in Frýdek-Místek. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical knowledge related to the motivation and reward system is defined. Also, methods that are subsequently used in the practical part. Part of the diploma thesis was a questionnaire survey, which had the task of finding out how employees evaluate the current system in the company. Based on the individual results of the methods, recommendations were proposed that should lead to the improvement and maintenance of employee satisfaction in the given company and in the work team.
