Abstract

Diplomová práce „Sanace poruch tlakové štoly vodního díla Přísečnice“ se zabývá návrhem řešení oprav poruch tlakové štoly. Hodnotí ekonomický a bezpečnostní pohled dané problematiky oprav. Popisuje okolnosti vzniku vodního díla (tlakové štoly) jeho historii, parametry, technické řešení a geologické poměry lokality. Dále přibližuje otázku technickobezpečnostního dohledu nad vodními díly (hydrotechnické tlakové štoly) a přehled realizovaných opatření v rámci technickobezpečnostního dohledu - prohlídek. Poukazuje na technický stav tlakové štoly a časovou náročnost realizace oprav poruch. V závislosti na možných délkách odstávek v rámci oblastního vodovodu Přísečnice, zásobujícího východní a západní části Severočeské hnědouhelné pánve.

The thesis „Remediation of a pressure tunnel of dam Přísečnice" is about proposals for solutions of preassure tunnel failures repairs. It evaluates the economic and safety view of given issues of these repairs. It describes the circumstances of the waterworks origings (pressure tunnel) its history, parametrs, technical solutions and geological measurements of the site´s location. Further on it focuses on the question of technical and safety supervision of the waterworks (hydrotechnical pressure tunnels) and an overview of the measures implemented within the framework of technical and safety supervision - inspections. It points out the technical condition of the pressure tunnel and the time consuming implementation required for the failure repairs, depending on the potential lengths of outages within the regional water lines Přísečnice, supplying the eastern and western parts of the North Bohemian brown coal basin.
