Abstract
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of product quality in a food company. The first part of this thesis defines the basic concepts of the quality management system. These theoretical findings are further applied in the next section. The practical part describes the selected company and analyzes two specific products wherein a high number of complaints was found. The aim of this thesis is to present suitable solutions in order to prevent these complaints or eliminate them partially. The Pareto analysis, cause and effect diagram and brainstorming are used for this purpose.
