Abstract
The bachelor thesis is entitled The Management Analysis of Voleyball Club. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of management of TJ Sokol FM Sports club. The bachelor thesis is devided into two parts. In the first one the economical terms are described like management, marketing and terms of the sporting environment. The empirical part deals with analysis itself. The goal is achieved by using interviews provided by club members and by questionnaire. The main contribution of this thesis is in designing a solution to improve the current situation of the club.
