The head of the thesis Ing. Lucie Kocůrková, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor’s diploma thesis is to introduce methods that can help to increase efficiency of safety trainings in various enterprises. The employees, and also the employers, often perceive the safety training negatively and as a result, there can be a relatively high number of work injuries. Therefore, it is necessary to change their point of view on these trainings so that the number of occupational injuries can be reduced. Whether the efficiency has been increased can be verified by a test at the end of each training and also by long-term statistics of occupational injuries in the enterprise.
