Technologický postup hrubé stavby bytového domu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postupem výstavby zděného bytového domu komplexně řešeného ze systému Porotherm. Je zde dopodrobna popsána otázka přípravy a samotné výstavby. Práce mimo jiné obsahuje vyřešenou projektovou dokumentaci potřebnou k žádosti o stavební povolení. Stěžejní část práce je věnována samotnému postupu výstavby svislých a vodorovných konstrukcí jednoho podlaží. Závěr práce rozebírá zajišťování bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a ochranu životního prostředí ve vztahu ke stavebnictví. Hlavním cílem je předložit stavebníkovi srozumitelný a přehledný postup, který bude sloužit ke snadnější realizaci celé stavby.

The bachelor abstract deals with the procedure of construction of the residential housing completely designed from the Porotherm system. In details there are described the preparation and the construction as such.. The abstract among other contents the project documentation which is necessary to apply for the building permition. The main part of the abstract is focused on the procedure of constructing the vertical and horizontal constructions of a floor itself. In the conclusion deals with the security and health protection at work and the protection of the environment related to the building. The main aim is to set up a clear and synoptic procedure which will serve to easier realization of the whole construction.
