Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the emloyee training and development system in a selected company. The aim was to find out to what extent and how the selected society is devoted to the education and development of its employees and, on the basis of the information of XY, to design such recommendations that would help to improve the current state and greater employee satisfaction. The assessment was based on a questionnaire survey of 50 respondents and on the basis of an interview with the manager of one of the XY branches. The results show that they are in the current system of education and development of employees in a selected society shortcomings. In the fifth chapter of the work, specific proposals and recommendations are formulated to improve the current situation.
