Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace v oblasti kultury

Abstract

This thesis deals with the financial resources and management selected allowance organizations. The aim is, according to the profit and loss analyze income and expenses, managing funds in operation under the Act, and to bring costs in investment activities, and to evaluate the whole management of the chosen organization during 2010-2014. The introduction defines the nonprofit sector, described the classification and management of nonprofit organizations. In the following chapters, the work deals with the characteristics and management of funded organizations. The practical part is devoted to selected allowance organization, which is first described, and then its operation through financial analysis carried out an economic analysis. The task of economic analysis is to answer the question as to the amount of funds received from the founder in each year reflects the overall operation of selected organization and, as reflected in its running competition in the form of the modern multimedia technology. The conclusion is a summary of the entire analysis, including recommendations for reducing costs in future years.
