Dotační příležitosti a možnosti vybrané obce a jejich využití

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem problematiky významu neziskového sektoru v České republice a municipálních účetních jednotek, charakteristikou obce Velká Polom a to zejména ekonomickou situací a hospodařením v obci a popisuje sdružení Mikroregionu Matice Slezské, kterou je obec Velká Polom členem. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou dotačních titulů a to vymezením pojmu dotace, finančním hospodařením obce, rozpočtem v obci a také účtováním dotačních titulů. V praktické části analyzuje dotace ve vybrané obci v rámci dotačních příležitostí za minulá období a dotační možnosti za programovací období 2014 – 2020 a jejich využití. Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit dotační úspěchy v obci za minulé období a analyzovat dotační možnosti za období 2014 – 2020 a vyhodnotit jejich dopady na regionální rozvoj obce.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the importance of the third sector in the Czech Republic as well as municipal units. It also deals with the features of the village of Velká Polom, especially the economic situation and the economy in the village. Furthermore, it describes the Matice Slezská Microregion. The village of Velká Polom is the member of Matice Slezská Microregion. In addition to this, it also describes the subsidy titles and the definition of the concept of subsidies, the financial management of the village, the budget of the village as well as subsidies accounting. In the practical part it analyses the subsidies within the selected village in terms of subsidy opportunities over the previous years. It also analyzes the subsidy options over the period of 2014 - 2020 and its implementation. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the subsidy achievements in the village over the previous period. Besides, it aims at analyzing the subsidy opportunities in the period of 2014 – 2020 and evaluating the impact on the local village development.
