Terasový dům v Ostravě-Proskovicích

Abstract

My task was a propose terraced house in Ostrava-Proskovice, where has living quarters and small hairdresser´s salon. Plac efor this build is in area, where is for future development,on the slope down to valley, camber is 10 meters and aspekt for him. Project processed architekture proposal fourth floor´s property, but as well as his estetic and function incorporation on given lokality with a wiew to neighbour´s structures. In the building is six housing unit, hairdresser´s salon and twelve parking place. Construction is copying landscape and is split on two units, where are connected central straight stairway´s place. That is straight in the axis house, and perpendicular arrival comunication and slope. Exterior´s latticed construction is simple serve out of windows, in the part od platform is full glassed-in, with a wiew to fully join exteriér and interier, clear living quartem and push return garden. Outdoor place, that includes parking areas and admission for house is solvent according to function correlation at complex. Build respects local plan and his regulativ.
