Návrh postupu těžby a zpracování sloupcovitého čediče v lomu Soutěsky

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is based on information obtained from literature and on my own survey to characterize the current mining and processing of columnar basalt quarry in the Soutěsky quarry in the field of Decin and also to compare the current mining practices with the procedures used in the past. The aim of this survey will be to devise way of dealing with the issue of the extractive process in the west part of northeast of the quarry, and subsequent processing of raw materials. A partial aim of this thesis is to map the significant deposits and quarries of columnar basalt in northwestern Bohemia.
