Abstract

The objective of the bachelor work entitled "Analysis of secondary corporate processes" is an effort to explain terms such as core-bussiness, outsourcing and the others terms which are contained in this topic. Furthermore this bachelor work explains issue of decision making between external and internal provision of secondary corporate processes in a company. The theoretical part of the work comprises explanation of basic terms, the determination of primary and secondary corporate processes by ČSN EN 15221-1. Furthermore work comprises advantages and disadvantages of different forms of provision of secondary corporate processes. In the practical part I deal with analysis of secondary corporate processes and judge risks in a specific company. I recomand optimal forms of provision based on the comparing ways of provision.
