Abstract

My diploma thesis deals with an analysis of an online marketing communication of language schools. In the beginning there is an preamble and characterization of a company and environment it which it operates. The theoretical part deals with the Internet and its usage in marketing, online marketing mix and pays closer attention to detail elements of an online marketing communication mix. The practical part is focused on an online marketing communication analysis of the language school, which is based on chosen data collection metodology. Analysis of marketing communication of language schools is based on comparisons with competitors and is completed by marketing research among students. In the chapter Suggestions and Recommendations there are stated proposals to improve various elements of a marketing communications of the language school.
